About
Georgia Tech Crew was officially founded in 1986, and has since grown from a team of four to a team of 70+ athletes, making it the largest club sport at Georgia Tech. The team is also one of the most successful organizations at Georgia Tech, consistently earning medals at the Dad Vail and ACRA national championship regatta for more than 12 years in a row.

Mission
The Georgia Tech Rowing Club (GT Crew) will serve the Georgia Institute of Technology and its community as an athletic, recreational, and competitive outlet in the sport of rowing regardless of sex, age, race, or physical ability.
Vision
Georgia Tech Crew will strive to compete successfully at the highest level while providing the opportunity for all students to grow through dedication, competition, and teamwork.
Goals
- Officer Documentation System (2010)
- Create an effective online documentation system by end of Spring 2009.
- Have fully functional system with online storage space by January 1, 2010, in time to pass on to the next officer group.
- Fund-raising (2010 and beyond)
- By the end of Spring 2010 team will raise $10,000 to add to the endowment (this will be separate from what the alumni fund-raise)
- Continue to build endowment ($1,000,000 by 2019)
- Racing Success (2017)
- Field every race at the Dad Vail Regatta and win team points.
- In 2015 have the numbers, coaching staff, and equipment to field every event at the Dad Vail (or equivalent regatta)
